At this time last year, I wrote a blog about creating dreams so big that they scare me. Spoiler alert, those dreams did not come true in 2015. Rather than dwell on them, I chose to search for the reasoning behind why my dreams never came true. It turns out that I learned a lot more about myself and my limitations than I ever thought I would.
Whether you compete in triathlons, road races, tennis matches, swim meets, or __ball games, every athlete should have this resolution at the forefront as we enter 2016.
Make it a goal to take your health seriously in 2016.
I can say with certainty that if you go to the start line of your next race mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually 100% full of health, you won't be disappointed.
